Surrey 7s - Mixed Results!
Walton Artisans Surrey 7s team have had a mixed set of results so far. Neil's team started well with a 4 1/2 - 2 1/2 victory at home to LANGLEY PARK. But faltered in their next two away matches at SUNDRIDGE PARK and ST GEORGES HILL, losing both matches by 6 - 1 and 7 - 0 respectively. They bounced back in style though away to ROYAL MID SURREY with a 5 1/2 - 1 1/2 victory, most noteworthy for the almost unbelievable fact that Nick Giglio was the only member to lose his match!
With just one more fixture at home to BRIDLEY artisans on 8th June, there may still be an outside chance to qualify for the next phase! good luck Boys!
